Every CCAP campaign is built from public records. DeFlock Chattanooga is the first, and new campaigns will appear here as they're documented.

A "campaign" at CCAP is a specific, documented issue CCAP has decided to pursue with public records. Each one is built the same way: file the requests, publish only what the records support, and let the evidence carry the argument.

Active Campaigns

Active campaign · Hamilton County DeFlock Chattanooga Surveillance technology in Hamilton County, regardless of vendor. The first records: the county's $1.18 million, 122-camera license-plate reader purchase, made without competitive bids.

What's Next

DeFlock Chattanooga is CCAP's first campaign. CCAP plans to expand into broader government accountability work, such as open meetings compliance, budget and contract transparency, and ethics, but there's no timeline yet. When another issue is documented well enough to publish, it will be added here.
